What do you actually install?
A Desk: orchestration (usually n8n or Make), your existing CRM or calendar, a voice or messaging vendor where needed, and a short approved knowledge card. We do not train a private foundation model in month one.
Do you take over our tools?
No. Vendors sit in your accounts wherever possible. You keep the keys if you leave.
How fast can this go live?
Audit in ten days. A single Desk in fourteen to twenty-one days after kickoff, assuming we have access.
What if the Desk is wrong?
Shadow mode comes before go-live. If it fails the written acceptance tests, we keep working at no additional build fee until it passes, or we refund the second half of the build.
Will this replace my people?
It replaces a repeatable motion, not a company. A person still owns the override.
Can you automate everything?
No. We sell four Desks. Anything else is a separate change order after Desk one is live.
Where are you based?
The company is a Wyoming entity. The work is remote-friendly across the US, with a practical focus on Mid-Atlantic operators.
